Academic Assistance

Peer and professional Success Coaches are available through the office of Student Transition and Success to support student learning through personalized one-on-one coaching appointments, workshops and access to virtual resources. They are trained to identify potential barriers to academic success and collaboratively construct a tailored success plan for each student.

helps students improve their ability to use English in an academic context so that they may achieve their academic potential. The program offers ESL courses as well as a speaking partners program to assist students with English.

Academic Advising and Career Assistance

Your college鈥檚 Academic Advisors are here to assist you with degree planning and schedule building. The Advising Offices supply great resources on-line and meet with students individually throughout the academic year. Links for each advising office are below.

The Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) assists students in six disciplines including pre-law, pre-health, engineering, nursing, accounting, and psychology. The program fosters a cooperative learning environment with support services that enhance each student鈥檚 academic growth and professional potential.

The Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development provides services to help students choose a major, determine a career path, identify and secure opportunities that will allow students to gain experience, and conduct a successful job search. Regardless of your class year or major, the CDC can assist you.

The Registrar鈥檚 Office coordinates the registration process and provides a number of resources to assist students with using the registration system, including a How To Register guide.
