Admissions Requirements

  • Application to the DPT program is via the . 
  • Applicants must complete a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university before enrollment. 
  • All prerequisite coursework must be completed before enrollment.
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in their undergraduate degree transcript OR a minimum GPA of 3.0 in all prerequisite coursework.
  • The DPT program does not require the submission of GRE scores.

Additional criteria for international students

Per 海角乱伦社区 policy, international students must also provide the following for consideration of admission to a graduate degree program: 

  • Proof of English proficiency (such as official TOEFL, IELTS or PTE Academic scores)
  • International Student Financial Statement (ISFS) form 
  • Supporting financial documentation, such as official bank statements or official scholarship or sponsorship letters, is required

Application Review and Decision Process

The Admissions Committee for the Division of Physical Therapy evaluates all applicants to determine whether to extend an offer of admission.

Most applicants will be considered before the final official transcripts are available. After completing undergraduate coursework, successful applicants will receive regular admission, provided they meet all prerequisites, including a minimum GPA. All admissions requirements must be fulfilled before students can register for summer term classes.

The Division of Physical Therapy uses a holistic review process that recognizes applicants can demonstrate their potential for success in various ways beyond traditional measures of academic success.
